Advanced 3-way ventilation system
Unmatched safety. Dual draft ventilation.
In the dual draft configuration, backdraft and downdraft dynamics are combined to pull formalin fumes and other dangerous vapors and aerosols both down and away from personnel, from the rear and the bottom. Airflow is drawn through the perforated work surface panels and a backdraft grid located vertically behind the work surface. For enhanced operator safety, the backdraft system grid is fixed to reach a maximum height of 130 cm so that harmful fumes cannot reach the operator’s respiratory tract.

• Ventilation system certified by an accredited company for smoke containment*
• Safe stress test carried out in cooperation with Polo Universitario of Prato using 38% formalin, ProCeas formaldheyde analyzer** and FLIR Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) cold thermal imaging
camera, which detected a value of 0.05 ppm*** homogeneous over the entire length of the workstation during both the “at rest” and “in operation” phases.
Patented air curtain protection
The air curtain, driven by independent fans enabled by the operator, prevents the dispersion of harmful substances, enhancing workplace safety.
Integrated into the workstation, this unique solution serves dual functions:
• creating a barrier of clean air to contain formalin fumes and other dangerous substances
• directing carcinogenic elements downwards for extraction.
This unique system safeguards both operator and surrounding environment from harmful agents and protects processed materials from contamination.
